Accessible information:
The hotel has level access, 4 ground floor guestrooms have been modified and most public areas are fully accessible. Please contact the hotel for full information on the accessible guestrooms

Business services and internet access:
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, all guest rooms have WiFi and data ports. Fax and photocopying services are also available (at a charge)

Health and Fitness Club:
Hotel guests enjoy free access to the wide range of facilities on offer at our Fitness Club

Cancellation policy:
Standard Cancellation Policy: 24 hours before day of arrival
With the exception of pre paid non refundable bookings

Check in and out times:
Check in: 2.00pm
Check out: 11.00am
Early Checkins and Late Checkout times can be pre arranged on request, when available, at a cost of £20.00

Car parking:
Free on site car parking, lit at night, for 60 cars

Children and families:
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available Children under the age of 3 years stay free when sharing an adults room 

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge

Currency and credit cards accepted:
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques

Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details

Food service:
Food is served all day every day in our Dalserf Restaurant and in the extensive lounge and bar areas of the hotel. Lunch is available between 12pm and 5pm, dinner is served between 5.00pm and 10.00pm. Snacks, light bites and sandwiches from 11.00 am to 10.00pm every day. The hotel also has extensive room service offering a range of hot food from 12.00noon to 10.00pm and snacks at any time. Children’s menus are available

Online payments:
Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online

The hotel is pet friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome in guest rooms by prior arrangement, at a charge of £20.00 per night. Certain guest rooms are designated for dogs. Guide dogs are also welcomed. Dogs are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.

Service charge:
There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion

Smoking policy:
The hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and functions rooms are non smoking

Special diets:
The hotel caters for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the restaurant
